Jim's latest suggested modification may work (we await the results), but it would help if you specify what you want more accurately:
- print lines up by 1 - can we assume that you are referring to (the factory default) 1/6 inch line pitch?
- left margin over 1 to the left - can we assume that you are referring to (the factory default) 10 characters-per-inch column width?
