An HP Pro Laserjet 400 401dne is connectod to Windows 7 (64 bit) via USB. It has 3 trays that each have different paper. I installed the driver and created 3 preferences, one for Tray 1 (Manual feed -letter-white) - one for Tray 2 (letter-grey), one for tray 3 (legal). Every time the user switches preferences they have to push the OK button on the printer to get the job to print. All the settings in device
I have updated firmware, downloaded and re-installed driver, etc. What am i missing?
And why can't i just install the printer multiple times, each with different settings, via USB connection?
Putting the printer on the network is not an option.
