HP used make "tanks" of the printer world, this "79 Error" is the last straw. Yes my printer is afflicted with problems everyone previously has described
I"m no longer a HP Fan and will recommend everyone who asks me, and many do, to stay away from HP.
My son purchased a HP Envy Laptop recommended by a college and it has been sent in for "Hard Drive Not found" 3 times, he is not thrilled loosing all his data 3 times. They should be sued for using "Envy"... nobody envy's a student who lost his home work and has to send in pictures of the boot screen stating "Hard Drive not Found"
HP has lost it's reputation for reliable products.
Any stock holders should sell now while the stock is worth something.
