Hey everyone. I am trying to troubleshoot a MEMORY LOW error on this laserjet. It only does it with certain PDF files and other files seem to print ok.
Have tried switching to the PCL5 Universal driver and still get the same error. Have gone back to the PCL6 driver and still nothing. I changed the available memory in the driver settings tab to 256MB and am waiting for the person to clear the error code from the printer.
I am in corporate IT and am providing support remotely to one of the facilities.
Has any one else come across this error with this printer?
