Thank you but I tried all the above you mention! No luck with removing the drivers and restartign the pc.
Also, when i install the printer with the windows add printer wizard, it installs only the printer drivers and not the scan and other functions, so no good with that too!
It's a multifunctional as you can see from the model name.
Any other ideas please!! I spend the last two days on that!
