I have an HP 1018 printer, model number CB419A, and a Windows 7 64-bit operating system. When I try to print from MS Excel, I get a message that says "unable to connect." When I try to print a PDF, nothing happens at all.
I've tried running the HP Print and Scan Doctor, but it finds nothing wrong, and the test print works. I tried updating MS Office. I tried installing the latest driver. Nada.
Anybody know what else might work?
