Printer jam when printing duplex

I have a HP Colour laserjet 3700 printer that has been working fine. Recently replaced two Windows XP machines with Windows 7 machines and now when printing duplex, the paper jams every time from these new machines. This never happened when printing from XP. This machine is also running Office 2013 so not sure if this is relevant

I have tried the PS, PCL5 and PCL6 driver but the result is the same.

Any ideas? Is this printer just not compatible with Windows 7. Is there a hardware fault with the printer?
