Hello all,
bought a brand new HP LaserJet Pro M475dw today and tried to install it on my Fujitsu PC running Windows 7 Professional SP1 with all Updates installed.
The Installation programm starts up - preparing for installation until 78/79% then finishes with "Error occured during preparation of installation on your system". No further information given ...
i looked at some log-files and found that DIFxServiceClient (DIFxHandler.DriverPackagePreInstall) will get an unknown error 0xffffffff.
Anyone some ideas to solve the problem ?

P.S. Installation on XP SP3 runs fine and works without problems - same on the ipad ...
