Usually the manufacture date is noted on a label on the printer itself, most often on the same label as the serial number and associated barcodes. Another option would be to print out a configuration page from the printer and look at the firmware datecode listed. The firmware datecode will not be the manufacture date, but should be close unless the firmware has been updated since the original installation.
