Most likely a scape of paper is stuck in the path. Press the button on the right side to open the toner door. Remove the toner cartridge and look down in front and there is a black plate with one screw on the left side. Remove that screw and wiggle the plate up and out and there will probably be some scrapes of paper or a wad of paper. Remove and also clean up the paper dust and clean that roller on the left with warm soapy water. Dry and then put the plate back in and secure it and all should be good.
