My 10-year old HP Color LaserJet 4650 is installed in Windows 8.1 (64 bit) with the PCL6 Class Driver and won't print multiple copies.
In Windows 7, all I had to do was to go to Device Settings and "disable" mopier (which defaults to "enable.") However, in Windows 8.1 - with this driver - mopier is dimmed out and won't let me change it from "enable" to "disable" therefore I can't print multple copies.
How do I fix this printer so it will print multiple copies in Windows 8.1? I tried reinstalling it with a different driver as per HP instructions, and every time I tried to add a printer, then enter the new port, it said there was an error and the program closed.
