Receiving consecutive repeat errors of 42.B0.01 on the HP M4555 and CM4540 running on HPAC 12.3.
Printers would get bogged down (sluggish in peformance) and eventually won't respond when consecutive repeat errors of 42.B0.01 occur. There have been consecutive repeat errors of this problem totalling more than 100+ repeats.
Does anyone know what the issue is?
Event: 42.B0.01
Description or Personality in the event log says: Missing String ID : en-US : Service Entry Point
The only temporary solution is to do a partial or full clean of the hard disk and restore printer to the state it was before. We have the latest firmware on both devices 20140529 (datecode).
