Hello, before replacing the formatter board, I would try disconnecting the printer from the network, powercycle, and see if it comes to ready. If so, I would then try running internal test prints, if the internal prints work fine, then the issue is there is a bad print job being sent to the machine. I would check the que, clear the first job that is in line to print, after connect the printer to the network and see if it prints everything else out correctly. Keep in mind, when you check the que, make note if the job causing the error is a job being printed from a website. If so, then I would suggest when you go to send a print job from a website, select the print hyperlink, it will convert the page to a printable version of the site.
