Hi,
I just set up a new Laserjet Pro 400 M401n with the extra tray (Tray 3).
Now, this printer is being used with medical software that requires multiple instances of the printer be installed and configured differently - Tray 2 - Plain Paper, Tray 3 - Scripts, By-Pass - Pathology Requests.
Now, if I create 2 copies of the printer (connected via USB), and configure one printer to only see Tray 3, and the other printer to only see the By-Pass and Tray 2, both printers will print from Tray 3.
If I tell both printers that tray 3 no longer exists, they will still print from tray 3.
What can I try?
Computer is running Windows 7 32 bit with all updates, Microsoft Security Essentials as the AV.
Cheers,
Todd
