Hello Jason, as far as I know, this issue has not been fully resolved as I still get calls in regards to the 49 error code and when I check the que it is from websites. The only way I have been able to combat the issue is by instructing my customers to click the hyperlink print button on the page instead of clicking the tool bar print icon. So far, after that I have seen less and less calls due to that, but every once in a while I still see it happen.
