M602dn dead on arrival?

Hello,

after setting up a new M602dn with an extra tray, the display keeps showing Lifting Tray 2, Lifting Tray 3. Its not possible to print anything (not via manual tray either). eventlog shows entries 10.99.40, 42.B0.01, 10.99.40.

Any tipps or unit dead on arrival?
