I have a serious problem with this printer. I have a printer that is connected to a Desktop connected to a network and I used to share this printer with the server which is running windows server.On the server I am working with two ERP applications that is Tally and Epicor. The problem is when I print direct from my local PC I get successfully but when I print from the server through Remote Desktop Session I get some errors, funny enough sometimes it do printing sometimes not, I noted it when the power go off and when it comes on it becomes not possible to print. The messages that I got is as follows,"RDP Server is unavailable" and when I go to printer to check preferences I get this error "Printing Preference cannot be displayed the print" and that check on services it shows blank.
Please do share with me your knowledge on this problem.
