Printing in blue too dark--LJ Pro 400

I have a LaserJet Pro 400 color M451nw, and whenever I print any type of blue, it prints really dark. Tonight, the blue on my monitor was a royal blue, and the blue that printed was almost black. I lightened the blue on the graphic, but it's still not royal blue. However, when I printed something that had a more navy blue, it printed fine.

Is there a way for me to adjust the cyan cartridge settings so it won't print so dark?
