What problem are you having? If the issue is the printer goes to sleep and does not wake up when a job is sent you need to see if the printer is frozen or not. To test just press the green button for a couple of seconds and release and see if it prints a test page. If it does, then you probably need to replace the formatter. If the printer is frozen, then that is aother issue. You can repair it yourself by "baking" the formatter. You remove the left side cover and the board you see if the formatter. Remove all connections and then remove the screws that secure the board. Remove any black material by the memory slot. Now take the board and place in a baking pan with the chips facing up and the board propped up so the bottom does not touch the pan. Preheat a good oven to 350F (177C) and when the oven is ready place the pan with the board in the oven for 8 minutes. Remove and let cool for 15 minutes, place back in the printer and attach all the connectors. Power it up and see if it has the same issue as before. If not you are good to go. If it still has issues, then the formatter needs to be replaced. This printer freezing is a very common issue and is due to cold solder joints on the main processor. Baking reflows the solder to correct the issue. Good Luck.
