Our printer keeps saying 'error79', after unplugging network cable every time we need to print (for the past 2 months), it only prints on occasion now. This same printer being a color printer does not print in full color either. Yes, we have replaced all cartridges, as it will not print at all if they are not all full/new. Please help our busy season is upon us!!!
