Disconnect the network cable from the printer so the only thing connected is the power cord. Turn on the printer and see if it comes to ready. If it does your issue is a bad print job trying to print each time the printer starts to come to ready and crashes the printer. One thing you can try if many computers are connected is to continuously keep pressing the cancel button as the printer starts to get to ready. Just keep on hitting the cancel button over and over again, hopefully removing the bad job from reaching the prnter.
