So just spoke to a lady over the phone in some other country. Explained to her that the printer, m451dn, was jamming and needed a replacement. She had me do all these tests just to show that the printer was jamming. Then she told me it needed to be replaced and she gave me three options bring to repair center, ship to them or PAY to have them ship a replacement. I told her canon offered free shipping and replacement. She then said so what do you want to do. I told her didn't you just hear me? Is there anyway HP can offer the same thing? She said I didn't hear you and I explained to her again. She then replied saying we are not canon so what option do you want. Like I was bothering her by calling in and seeing if they would offer a customer some better ervice for a printer I paid $500 for and now it is jamming. So I gave in and gave her my credit card information and she told me to wait while she processed the order. After 10 minutes on hold the phone goes dead. Bad service.
