There is a undocumented procedure you can try. It is a dc controller reset. Attached is a picture for the locaton of the engine test page button. You press that button in and while holding it in you turn on the printer and continue to hold until the printer starts to calibrate. Hopefully that will solve your issue. Other thing to try is a NVRAM reset.
