I have an HP CP4025 color printer and yesterday I got this error when trying to print a check from Quickbooks which I do regularly. I looked up the error code and was told to power the machine off and on. I have done this multiple times, removed it from the network, unplugged the power cord and I still get the error. I can't do anything or get to any screen on the menu. this is the first time that I have seen this error and can't seem to find out what else will fix it.
