can anyone help me out?
i can't get my printer going - it has an error saying to remove the shipping lock on the magenta cartridge - which of course i did and I can't clear this error, I shut off and turned on, cleaned, swapped cartridges etc - all of the things i could think of and more that I read on line and nothing - even with black cartridge in it said the megenta shipping lock error -
any one have the solution? thank !!! Kat
