Argentina has more than 1 million sq mi, I live in Rosario one of the 3 most important cities of the country, 217 miles from BuenosAires, and after warranty expires there is NO OFFICIAL SERVICE CENTER in Rosario, only one in the country is in Buenos Aires. So if your product fails after a year your only options are 1- shipping it 217 miles to see if it can be repaired, or 2- throw it to the garbage. So I ended up with a HP Laserjet 1536dnf with its ADF not working :(
I do not expect an official service center everywhere, or in small cities, but I'm talking about Rosario with 1.2 million people, where HP has a huge market share!!!
I think that's not a policy for a company that advertises and charges you for a superior quality and service, don't you?
PS: One thing, I read "Please read regarding issues with the new HP Support Center" but I have already called, sent emails, and I was later contacted by HP Support Agent ... he listened to me but he said he could not provide any solution.
