I have HP LaserJet P4015dn Printer. But few days before I've got replace my Formater card by P4015n. If I install the duplex unit in it, It says clearing paper path and stuck, and when I eject that duplexer unit, it works fine.
Can any one help to find this solution. I want to install duplexer in my P4015n printer. Is this possible by upgrading firmware ?
