Hi.
I just unboxed my CP5525xh printer and turned it on, but it is stuck at initializing for the past two days. I noticed that during the Initialzing phase the error light blinks when it get to 14. Could anyone tell me what I can do to see if it is something I can resolve on our end, or do I need to contact support? I believe it might not be under warranty as I was told it was purchased before I got on board. Please help.
