You have not tired the correct "hotfix". You need to really get the card "hot". No joke you need to bake the card. Remove the card from the printer and then remove the white/beige plastic back piece (torx10). You then need to place the card in a baking pan with the chips facing up and the card propped up so the bottom does not touch the pan. Preheat a good oven to 350F (177C) and when the oven is ready place the pan with the card in the oven for 8 minutes. Remove and let cool for 15 minutes. Reassemble and place in the printer with the power off, power on and now see if you get the second page. Odds are you will. If you do not then yes replacement with another 610, 615 ir 620 card will work. Odds are the baking will work, since it has a 95% success rate. Good Luck.
