I need to move a laserjet m451dn printer to a new network IP. the web interface is not connecting so cannot change the IP there. Tried to do a cold reset to go back to factory defaults, but it is not even coming up with a request for user name and/or pw! I just get an access denied.
Is there any way around this so I can move this printer?
