Hello, have you tried checking the fuser? Given the screenshot you provided, it looks like a fuser issue. The image seems to ghost down the page. So I would open the back and remove the fuser and check the fixing film on it just to make sure the image quality issue is coming from there, and to rule it out before buying a new one. If it is the fuser you will see something wrong with the fixing film on it clear as day.
