HP LaserJet Pro 400 M401n - Downloading electronic forms to memory

We have multiple HP LaserJet Pro 400 M401n on our network which the users download forms into memory for printing particular tasks.

I have one HP LaserJet Pro 400 M401n printer that will no longer hold the forms into memory. It will allow you to download the form and print one time, then the form vanishes.

In our system we've made sure that the printer is in the correct Electronic Forms Dictionary to receive the them. The print server is installing a HP PCL6 Class Driver. Would the best option be to do a complete restore/reset of the printer to flush the memory completely?
