Did you perform the diagnostics print with the disable cartridge check enabled so you can swap the toner cartridges around. You first need to determine if the toner cartridge or slots are the problem. To do this you disable cartridge check and when the printer say ready, diagnostics mode, open the toner door and swap the black and the cyan and sway the magenta and yellow. Now run the pq troubleshooting pages and see which colors are printing and which are not. If the cyan is still not printing after the switch, then I hate to tell you that you just have a bad toner cartridge. Also check to make sure the shutters of the toner cartridges are opening as you close the toner door.
