found a workaround! emulation printing ^_^
so HP LaserJet 1000 series printers speak this kind of emulation printing (according to this page):
"Windows hostbased printing PCL 5e emulation for MS-DOS printing"
so i downloaded "HP Universal Print Driver for Windows PCL5" for windows 8.1 64 bit, extracted, then choose "traditional mode", chose the "DOT4_001 (HP Print Device)" port, chose the first driver it suggested, and it worked!
