Hi, We are recieving the same message "Cartriges not engaged" & the printer door is not closing properly, could we please have some help on what to do? We have already tried to take out all the toners and put them back, but it didn't work. Our printer is the HP Laser Jet 3000, and we would appreciate your help. Thank you.
