Right on par with your other services HP. Nobody has a response to this question becuase your support has not helped your customers. HP's ability to create a piled up mess of drivers is a disgrace to the IT community.
If my words are harsh, then I hope they are also incorrect and someone will put me in my place. I would rather be wrong and have working software, than be right and have 250 network printers without 64bit drivers. To be accurate, it may be closer to half that are actually missing the 64bit drivers, but 125 printers that won't work with Win 7 64bit OS builds is still dissapointing to say the least.
HP,
Please prove me wrong. Tell me where to get the working drivers and how to install them. Make me regret posting this. Embarrass me. Just please help me get 64bit drivers installed with our existing network printers. They've used 32bit drivers and most are only a couple years old. We have printers as old as LJ 4000's, but if I could get drivers for 4250's and newer, I'd be satisfied.
