I have an issue with my HP color Laserjet CP3505.
It prints out blurred horizontal stripes by the cyan color toner (original HP cassette), also this stripes are seen on the transfer belt. The stripes have a width of app. 3.2 cm ( ~ 1.3 inch), followed by 2.5 cm (1 inch) white. At the end of the A4-paper size, there is a horizontal stripe of cyan by an width of app. 6.5 cm (2.6 inch) until the end.
The same stripes are seen on the transfer belt.
I changed the cyan toner with two new, sealed cyan toners and it is the same problem. All of these toner cassettes working properly in my other HP CP3505 printer.
I also changed the transfer belt and cleaned everything inside. The transfer belt works perfect inside the other printer.
I have no idea, what's wrong.
Can anybody here give my a hint or a tip to solve the issue?
I do not know what to do about at the moment.
