System Setup does not contain anything related to ecosmart or sleep settings.

The only options are 5-15-30 minutes or 1 hour. There is no 0 or "never" setting. The shut down setting is for auto-powering it off and that's not something we want to do. I do not care about the power use, I'll plant some trees to offset the carbon footprint, I just want these printers to work when a print job is sent to them. I don't think that's a big request, to purchase actual working printers.
Even pressing the OK or X button on the printer(s) panel will not take it out of sleep mode. Has to be power cycled to get it functional again.
Guess I'll have to phone in a service request and get these printers replaced. I know I am not the only person with this ecoSMART sleep issue as I can find many results with the same complaint when I Goolge it.
