Perform a cold reset on the printer. Turn the printer off. Press the big green button while turning on the printer until cold reset appears in the menu. Release and let the printer come to ready. Wait about 2 minutes and print a config page and the printer should have found a new ip address. Go to the MAC and see if the MAC can now find the printer.
