Not sure what you are telling. If you mean when you print a job out of the 500 sheet cassette the manual tray also turns at the same time, then the issue is the "L" arm on the solenoid that controls tray 1 (manual) has come off or the spring is off. Sometimes if lucky if you remove the right side cover you will see it and what is wrong and should be able to correct it.
