Re: CP6015 - Image transfer Roller - Replaced 2 times but still shows Replace Message

There is a spring on the registration secondary transfer assembly that tends to get stuck and not make proper contact with the transfer roller. It's on the right hand side. Make sure its not stuck under the black flap.
