Look at the PCL5 Comparison Guide for the Symbol Set ID and the character mappings
for these specialized fonts. They each have unique Symbol Set IDs, so you only need to
step out to that symbol set for the special character and then back to your original
Symbol Set for regular text. The symbol Set ID for Wingdings is 579L.
As for the USPS barcode, the font only has 4 characters in it and all the effort is in
generating the 30+ byte string required to produce the barcode. There are free soft fonts
and other software and information available on the USPS website. This is not a trivial
task. Integrating the entire operation into your application may be another issue.
I set this up for someone a few months ago, and as I recall your are going to be doing
some programming in C or Java.
