First you need to see if the printer is working. Press the check mark button and go to reports and hit the check mark button. Go to config page and hit the check mark button. Does the printer print a config page. If it does then we know the printer is working. Now how is the printer connected. If by usb, the plug into another usb slot on the computer and see if it finds new hardware and loads the printer. If it does it should print. If it does not find new hardware, then you may have an issue with the usb cable, the ports on the computer or printer. If connected using a network cable, go back to the reports menu and print the network information page. Make sure the ip address of the printer has not changed and if it has, type the new address it has into your web browser and go to network settings, change the method to manual from bootp or dhcp and then enter the correct address which you should find in the driver under ports.
