We have an HP9050n micr printer, which we print to via a web client. On several occassion when the paper tray is empty and the printer sits idle for more than 30 minutes or more. The Operator will refill the tray. 1 page will partially print and either restart from the beginning or stop printing all together. At this point a reprint of the missing pages is submitted and usually completes fine. On 1 occassion a failed print, from an entire week prio, was found printing, in the middle of the afternoo. 600 pages or so. This morning yesterdays 260 page failed print was found printing on the printer, 24 hrs later. The printer error log shows no entries for either day. The Application logs where printing is initiated, shows no prints or reprints issued for this printer. Anyone else having this issue and a solution. Is this a resume print issue, or maybe a timeout issue? Can the resume print be disabled on the 9050?
