Purchased the HP Officejet Pro X476dw MWP a month ago & still haven't been able to get scanner to work. I've downloaded, erased & downloaded again, the install disk several times. I've been able to get printer to work, but not the scanner. I tried using the HP Print & Scan Doctor and it gets to step 2 (Drive Check) & prompts error message of "The Scan driver is unable to communicate with the product. Save your work, and then close all applications. Remove power from the printer by pulling out the printer's power cord. Plug it back in, turn it bak on and then click Restart Computer." I've tried this 5 times or more.
Please help or allow me to return printer.
