That looks to me like you've got a corrupted or incompete installation of the print queue. I recommend you do the following:
- If you haven't already done so, download the latest UPD (version 5.8) from www.hp.com/go/upd
- Delete the existing print queue.
- Run install.exe to install UPD 5.8, you can re-use the print queue name if desired.
After re-installing the driver, you should see the tray names like this:
If you have multiple print queues using UPD 5.8, you may want to use the AutoUpgradeUPD.exe tool in the PARK to automate the process of deleting and recreating print queues.
