How to know the encoding of PCL5 file generated using HP universal printer driver

Hi,

I have generated a PCL 5 file by using HP universal printer PCL5 driver.

While i tried to open the file using Notepad++ , the file seems to be encoded.

How can i find out the encoding used in the PCL5? Sample file is  attached.
