Recently we have a hp 3015 all in one that when they try to print any type of document the printer will print 3 pages and stops printing and the manual feed alert comes up. When they push the manual feed button it will print another 3 pages and the error comes back.
I have removed all the paper from the trays turned off the power and let it sit in an attempt to clear any memory issues and have put in brand new paper as maybe it was a paper quality issue. There were no changes to the print settings of the printer at any time.
Additionally it does not matter what program you print out of this occurs.
