HP LaserJet Pro M401N Printers Going Offline

We have over 300 HP LaserJet Pro M401N Network Printers in our company. For some odd reason, they go off the network at random times. Off the network meaning you can't ping to it and as a result, users can't print to it. The light from the printer's network port is blinking even though you can't ping to it. The issue is only fixed by two ways, either you restart the printer or just unplugg/plug the printer's network cable. After they start working, it could be anything in between 4 hours and 2 days until they go offline again. Below are the facts:

- The printers are used mostly from 7 AM to 6 PM, Monday - Friday.

- Every Morning, I notice at least 10 printers that are offline.

-We have 3 print servers for different applications they print from and the printer gets knocked of the network from all three of these print servers. Each print server uses a different print driver, but I do not think it's a driver issue.

-I updated the firmware and issue continues.

-I disabled the EcoSMART power down feature, disabled even Sleep Option on the printers and they continue to go offline.

-Issue is present with only these types of printers, we also have the P2055DX, P4015DN, M600 LJ and nothing has been reported with those models.

- I set AutoContinue to "On".

-Disabled "HP Smart Install"

-Everything I've done has come from researching on these types of blogs....

-I've noticed on some blogs, they recommended disabling SNMP but I did so on some printers and it took them off the network as soon as I did so.

Has anyone experienced this issue with these types of printers or any other models ?
