Hello, what you can do is flash the latest firmware see if that will solve the issue. If it does not, I would check the que, and delete the next job that is supposed to be printed, but before you delete it, take note what the job was(word doc, pdf, or from a website). I have been seeing a lot of these errors when people print via websites, and have narrowed it down to the browser. As the above poster stated, first try and rule out the machine by disconnecting from the network, powering on and run internal test prints, if there is no error, then there is a print job the machine is not converting properly.
